Applications are accepted once a year. The deadline is October 1.

For all grants submitted, please:
a. Please attach to your proposal a Cover letter or the form below with the information in Section 1.
b. Type your answers to all of the questions in Section 2 in a separate short essay format. Please try to limit your answers to 2 typed pages.

c. You should only use teacher name or any other identifying comments for Section I. No identifying information is given to committee members to insure fairness.
d. Turn application forms into the Pioneer or Pleasant Vale Office.
